EVENT TICKET REFUND POLICY
CANCELLATION AND REFUND TERMS
When you purchase a ticket for one of our events, we make operational and financial commitments based on expected attendance—including staffing, and supplies. Because of this, we are unable to offer full refunds on ticket purchases canceled by the customer.
Cash refunds are subject to a 15% non-refundable fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Refunds issued in store credit are not subject to this fee. We encourage customers to double-check their availability and commitment before purchasing tickets.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may not be able to be refunded.
TICKET TRANSFERS
If you’re unable to attend, your ticket may be transferred to another person. Please contact us at info@staja.ca in advance to arrange a name change.
CANCELLATION BY STUDIO STAJA
In the rare case that an event is canceled by us, you will be eligible for a full refund or may opt for a credit toward a future event—your choice.
