PRE-ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CANCELLATION AND QUANTITY REDUCTION POLICY


When you place a pre-order with us, we make a financial commitment to secure those items from the manufacturer. Unfortunately, if you decide to cancel your pre-order, we are unable to cancel the corresponding order with the manufacturer.

As a result, any pre-order cancellation initiated by the customer will incur a 15% non-refundable fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Pre-ordering helps guarantee you’ll receive the items you want when they arrive, so we encourage careful consideration before placing a pre-order.

Please note that release date changes, allocation issues, or other unforeseen logistical, production, or distribution challenges outside of our control are not valid reasons to bypass this policy.

For orders containing multiple copies of a single item, we reserve the right to adjust quantities as necessary.

ORDER SHIPPING TIMELINE


When will my order ship?
Orders that include pre-order items will not ship until all items in the order are available.

Can you ship part of my order early?
Yes, but you will incur an additional shipping cost. Please e-mail us at info@staja.ca to request an adjustment to your order.

RELEASE DATES
Release dates are determined by the manufacturers and are subject to change. We strive to provide the most up-to-date information regarding shipping timelines, but we have no control over when manufacturers decide to release a product.

PRE-ORDER PRICE PROTECTION
We offer price protection for pre-orders:

  • If the price of a pre-order item is reduced before its release, you’ll receive the difference as a digital gift card, which can be used online or in-store for a future purchase.*
  • If the price increases, you’ll still pay the price you originally locked in when placing the pre-order.**

Exceptions:
In rare cases where there is a significant price increase at the distribution level (e.g., an error in pricing by the distributor), we may need to request additional payment. If this happens, you’ll be contacted with details and given the option to cancel your order for a full refund if you choose not to pay the difference.

*Digital gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
**This policy excludes significant distributor pricing errors.
